Dealership that does not look after its customers

Worst dealership to deal with. They sell vehicles which have endless problems. Vehicle breaks down and the consumer needs to arrange for towing back to the dealership. Complaint raised to the Owner with no feedback from himself. Vehicle stood more at the dealership than at our house, and yet they wont own up and rather compensate a person for the loss suffered due to having had to make alternative arrangement for transport.
