Valet gone wrong and owner ghosting me

I took 5 cars for valet, 1 x Audi, 2 x Hyundai, 1 x VW Polo and 1 x Renault

During and after the valet process we called a number of times with regards to the issues on the vehicles which was acknowledged by the manager Cornel Maritz.

We are now in a position where we had to have water damages to the fuel system on the Renault repaired apart from a few other issues. Some were eventually resolved and others we had to pay various companies to fix

1. The Renault engine was not washed properly and then washed again a 2nd time 2. The Renault was/is backfiring and missing right after the valet, spark plugs were wet (this can be verified by a reputable car service dealership) 3. The Renault rear light was not working due to water 4. The White Hyundai, was missing and backfiring, spark plugs were very wet 5. The White Hyundai rear lights were not working due to water 7. The White Hyundai, damage to the boot back board 10. Audi was missing and backfiring due to wet spark plugs

We had The Renault's spark plugs replaced due to water ( this did cost us a few rand) , however the fuel injectors were also water damaged and we had to replace them as well, before there was further damage to the engine. I have the auto mechanic report as to the damage and cause

We have emailed the Top Shine car was a number of times beginning since the valet was done and then up to the 15th February.

1. We were informed by the owner that Cornel Maritz no longer works at the Car Wash. 2. The owner said he would respond to the emails 3. There has been no response from the owner to our emails

I am putting this post here to hopefully get a response and resolution from them otherwise I will take legal measures
