Engine Clean service

I will never recommend their engine wash to anyone. Their disclaimer does not hold their employees responsible for any negligence which I later found out the hard way and on their site it shows R150. I was told to pay R200 and later on another employee told me to pay R250 although my engine weren’t as dirty. In the interim their employee wanted to wet my spark plugs and I had to tell him to please cover it. He then went on and damaged my computer box mounting. I was given cable ties and used that as a temp fix. I reported it to their reception and was told I will be contacted by the manager due to the employee negligence. Few days went by and I still weren’t contacted. I had to drive back to the carwash to do a follow up. I took down the managers contact and explained to him what happened and he said he would check in with the employee responsible for damaging the mounting when he returns to work. Days have passed and still no response from the manager. So, I followed up on their lack of communication. The manager decides to come over and have a look at the mounting by my house. He took photos of the mounting and my VIN number and said he will see what he can do and will get back to me. It is almost a month and I haven’t received any feedback from the manager and he’s been ignoring my calls and messages. I’m really disappointed in the service I received and I will never go back there again. The lack of integrity and principle is shocking or it could be that I’m not taken serious for other reasons.
