The worse security company ever...

I joined top security and less than two weeks we decided to cancel. They offered to cover the cancellation period with ADT, supposedly a benefit but just a **** to get you trapped in their contract because they know their services are ridiculous. As if they were appointed by the ANC. Any way, we tried to cancel within that two weeks and we have had no assistance in doing so for almost three weeks now. I need advise please. And please don't join Top security, rather pay more with ADT a
