Poor after sales

After sales backup service is non existent. The problems I experienced with my electric fence installation were never resolved despite numerous complaints... A section of the electric fence fence was collapsing but it was impossible to get this company to return to correct this shoddy workmanship.....calls are never returned or answered... BEWARE!!!!
