My Family in danger Thanks to Top Security

Twice Now my alarm at home has gone off and Top Security respond. <br> I have called them before about this and they say they will fix the problem <br> then the next time I push the panic button they will respond but don't have a key for the gate which I had to buy from them. so how will that help my family when Top Security cant get inside my property to help my family. <br> <br> Really cant believe the service.
