Definitely not ‘Top’ Securitu

It’s a pity ‘1’ is the lowest rating. I am trying to get a billing issue explained and resolved. I have now followed up 5 times, because they simply refuse to acknowledge the issue.

I still find it hard to believe that in 2019, customer service can be so bad.
