Boomed off Area Troubles

Good Morning I would like to find out where I can report unnecessary road harassing on the road closure in Dunvegan road, Dunvegan. Every morning while trying to pass through the boom gates, the top security guards take their time opening for us to pass through the “public” street. This morning, a top security employee who stopped in his vehicle blocking off traffic, refused to let us pass until we hooted at them to let us through. The top security vehicle proceeded to drive extremely slow, until we passed him, then he came speeding up on our car and followed us till the road on the other side of the cordoned off area. When we turned up into the street where we get out, he nearly bumped into our car by trying to “knock” us off on the road. The registration number is FD35DYGP. I do not appreciate being treated this way on a public road and from a company that are supposed to protect it's countries citizens. We’ve never experienced problems like this before, its only been the past week that it’s really gotten bad and out of hand, this morning’s incident was just the pits. I would appreciate it if this issue could be addressed as urgent. Thank you.
