Are they a security company or shuttle service

<p>I used to wonder why the crime rate in our country is so high when we have so many security companies all around. But from last week until now I think I may have found an answer. The answer is that, all of Top Security's client base is paying the security guards to run a shuttle service and not to guard our homes and neighbourhoods. I've seen the evidence last week when two ****s tried to break into a neighbour's car and the security guards sat there watching. When asked by the petrol attendants to go help, the driver of the security car rep**** "It's not my duty." Last night I saw the same vehicle pick and drop off passengers right in front of my house. When I went to question the driver on this, he looked at me with a stink eye and said "who are you to question me?"..is this what we are paying our security companies to do??</p>
