Wrong outstanding balances

i'm really confused and sick!! on how my account keeps on having abnormal outstanding balances.<br> I have sent an e-mail requesting my statement to be e-mailed to me on the 16nth of April the outstanding balance was wrong way to high , i have started paying this account since 27 february 2014 and the amount that i was owing was R17,140.29 ,paying the installment of R800.00 every month but today 7 October 2015 i have been given the wrong outstanding amount again, i want this to be investigated and i want the revised statement with each and every transaction. It's October 2015 i don't expect to still be sitting on R4400.00 never!!!
