Unprofessionalism

<p>I have been contacted by a very aggressive agent by the name of Bongane from TS Legal services regarding my late father's municipal account, Bongane is telling me that my father's house has been handed over to the attorneys yet the house is paid in full and we have a tittle deed on our possession. My father passed away in 2005 and my mother is aware that there is an outstanding balance on his municipal services account but Bongane is insisting that i pay that money even when i inform him that im not responsible for my late father's estate. Bongane is very much clueless about NCR and he is very arrogant. I suggest ts legal to train their consultants on how to collect debts and give them a workshop on consumer rights.</p>
