Unprofessional / Poor Service

I keep on receiving sms that my account is in arrears and its not the first month <br> i have phoned the number *** with my #ref and they don't even have my details on the system<br> transferring me from the one consultant to the other they don't know what is going on in the work place<br> my account is payed in full every month and i am still waiting for someone to phone me back<br> <br> ill recommend that this company must be closed down until they have properly trained people
