Disgusting service

I am extremely unhappy with the service provided with ts legal services.<br> <br> On Saturday i had paid R600 to my account and then followed up with 2 emails to ask for the remaining balance of my vodacom account so that i can settle it.<br> <br> I then called yesterday at 16:45 ( spoke to Ntombi).who had promised me she will call within 5 minutes. Needless to say i had no call.<br> <br> I then called at 08:28 spoke to Ntombi again who gave me a whole list of excuses as to why she did not call me back, she then apologised and assured me she will call before tea time.<br> <br> I called again at 12:40 (long after tea time) after 12 minutes on the phone i had finally recieved confirmation of my settlement. <br> So i now not only have to pay for my settlement but also the phonecall.<br> <br> I think it is shocking that i still get charged at fee of 11.5% to settle my account when the service is so shocking from Ts legals side when all i wanted to do was settle my debt with Ts legal/vodacom
