Installing of Carport

In April 2015 I have had my carport installed by Topports during the winter rain I have experienced the seeping of water which means problematic waterproofing. I have contacted the person who has come and do the measurement etc and I have contacted the office thrice during the July / August 2015 period. It is January 2016 still no word and still no repair to my carport. I have paid the full amount and there is a one year gaurantee on the product do Topports now first wait till the one year gaurantee has expired before they eventually sends out someone who needs to attend to the problem. The water will damage the wood work. Feedback to this regard will be highly appreciated.
