The worst

<p>Gert from Top PI asked for a R10000 upfront payment to check up on my husband to see if he's cheating on me. For 3 months they sat on this and did nothing. Then on Tuesday he asked for another R10000 because he said the first payment was all used up. When I asked for a report or a statement to show what has been done he got angry with me and eventually put the phone down when I asked for a refund. He doesn't take my calls now but thats Ok because I have a new private investigator, Intertel, who have already solved my case and said that they would trace Top PI for me.
