******* debits

topnotchselect.com has been debiting my credit card for months for two identical amounts. Their website is "under construction" and previously I was able to select "contact us". I mailed them to stop immediately and have heard nothing. The amounts have been increased and I have not been able to ascertain who they are or what I am paying for. I have had to cancel my credit card to prevent further debits. In the meantime I am seriously out of pocket and to a company that seems not to exist! Is anyone able to assist?
