Overcharged dramatically

Appeared professional and were quick to respond. Overcharged me dramatically to fix my DSTV. I could have had a new Explora installed much cheaper than having my burnt out cable and LNB replaced by them. They did not tell me this. Charged me for a new power supply but I see my old one has not been changed. Initially charged me R2000 for just over an hour's afternoon labour. Taffy reduced it to R1000 when I complained.
