Hippo and Topmed what a Joke!

I posted the below and have not heard a peep from either Hippo or Topmed!!!!!!

I recently app**** for medical cover via Hippo. After I got my favored one I was waiting for underwriting, the process took a while and I had to resend information at least 3 times. I then CANCELLED as I was not happy with the service. The I see that they are debiting my account. Who will now pay this bank charge and rectify this negative smear on my bank account? I am totally upset.
