dirty shirt and broken bow tie

I hired a suit at Top Hat for my son's Matric Ball tomorrow. Collected the suit today late afternoon got home and discovered the shirt filthy and smelly, the bow tie broken and the pants still too long and tight after measurements were taken. I tried calling the number on the card after office hours and got through to a guy that doesn't even work there anymore. Not sure what to do now do I alter the pants and wash the shirt?? Very dissatisfied
