Poor quality food

Decline in quality of food. I have had bad experiences 2 weeks in a row. I used to support this restaurant for 15 years was was a loyal customer until 2 weeks ago. The toasted cheese I bought was the worst ever, known for a good toasted sandwich of fair size, this sandwich was soo small, inferior quality bread. Contacted the manager who said I must come and see him. When I phoned back when it suited me, he was unavailable. Apart from the sandwich I ordered the Wednesday special last week - the food was terrible. Cottage pie was burned but at least tasted ok. The Macoroni cheese had no salt and the Spaghetti bolognaise was worst, had no taste, also when I opened the tub I got the smell of stale crisps. I discarded the food except for the cottage pie. disappointed in quality of the food. I am not sure if there has been a change in chefs.
