Disgusting service from the waiters

I have been going to TOP GRILL ROADHOUSE since I moved to Boksburg and they have the most amazing food, on Saturday the 31/01/2015, I ordered a meal and once it was ready the waiter went to the bathroom, the cook announced my order was ready and the other seated waiters left it and ignored the announcement, I waited for 1 minute then I got out of my car then the waiters quickly got up to give me my food, I told them to leave it I paid the cook and then when the cook gave me the receipt he stated I have to pay him more money only to realize the original waiter took down the wrong combo I paid the amount it was suppose to be then the original waiter came running out from the bathroom screaming at the waiters saying why didn't they take my food to me, and they all stated they refused to give me my order because I don't tip them enough. I very promptly left and I sadly do not think I will not go back, the same thing happened when I went with my friends to order soft serve ice-cream and myself and 2 other cars waited 10 minutes for our ice-creams as they waiters forgot about the orders. Looks like TOP GRILLS prices are going up but their service is going down.
