Pest Control ****

Was contacted by Louis Van Buren on the 12.01.21 after posting my problem with rodents on BARK. He promised that he will treat the problem , with 1 year guarantee . He promised to use a gel that would cover the tracks of the so called 'kind rat" He came in in the 13.01.21 and threw a few sachets of "pesticide" in the ceiling, around the house and in the the garage . I complained about the non-professional handling and he requested 2 days. Contacted him again to say that the rats were still running around and causing damage. He sent a person on the 09.02.21. This person sprinkled rattex powder in a few areas. He was totally unaware of the problem or its extent. Wrote a complete mail to louis the very evening. On the 10.02.21 he requested that I send him my banking details , so that that he returns my money ( R750.00) I tried sending him messages as follow up . To date there is no response.

This is a complete **** . Just a warning to others as he is a talker
