Vehicle back at dealer 3 different times, ignoring

My calls and emails dont get returned. The dealer is ignoring request for updates. Taking them 2 week to just tell me no the repair needs to be done by BMW and that there has been no progress. <br> <br> Two days ago they told the IDA investigator that the mechanic has recieved the parts and already working on it.<br> <br> Full story here:<br> [URL Removed]<br> <br> Never do business with them.
