Deposit not paid back despite several promises

I went in to buy a car and paid my deposit. They refused to fix what was wrong with that car and the owner even then said that "the car is not for me". I then said fine, pay back my deposit of R 142900.00. This was 2 weeks ago and to date they habe not paid my deposit back. Seems that they are not a straight company and if anything seems that they are rogues. Will now be forced to issue legal action against them it seems. STAY AWAY from this bunch. They are very bad news and cannot be trusted at all.
