Car still at Top Gear Auto, PE, for 1year 3months

In September 2013 I bought a 2nd hand Mercedez Benz C180 compressor at House of Cars, 24, 6th Avenue, Walmer, PE, after Jaco Bekker, the car dealer had convinced me that there was nothing wrong with the car, I started experiencing huge problems after only 1 month of sale. More than once in Nov/Dec I've had to take my car to Mercedez Benz, Moffat on Main, PE for repairs. More than 5 times I took car to Top Gear Auto Cape Road, PE for repairs paying large sums of money. In March 2014 , which is the last time I drove my car took it in to Top Gear up until today i still don't have my car. \You're car is requiring a Automatic Transmission Control Unit. A new one at M/Benz costs R17 680-77 (Incl). There is one available in Cape Town. Why I haven't come back to yet is
