Top Floors &Crest are not TOP suppliers

Top Floors & Crest Flooring, are contracted to Discovery Insure. They came to assess water damage at my home, and failed to do a proper assessment of the floor. They incorrectly quoted Discovery, and now they refuse to repair the floor after ripping up the existing wooden floors leaving me with bare concrete floors. They arrived late for their appointment, I had to chase after them continually, with no feedbavkon the claim. They were rude and unhelpful.
