Lack of security and bad treatment

Good Day, name is l I booked Top Floor in Arcadia Pretoria on the 25 April 2015 to celebrate my birthday. we were all having a good time until a total stranger was harassing me. the security did nothing about it until my partner came to my rescue as he saw what was happening from up stairs. instead of the security asking what had happened he threw my partner out. I then informed management of what was happening by then it was too late and the stranger had bunched and kicked me. still when my partner came back he was thrown out .<br> I was then told by management that the owner had given instructions for him to be thrown out and that we can not make him see reason at that moment as he was drunk and will not talk to anyone. I was also told there were no cameras inside or outside the premises so it was pointless to call the police. I was also told that I will be called the next day when the owner is sober and till today I am still waiting for that call. I no longer feel safe in going there and feel that we are owed an apology. we were told the place is safe and we will not have any hustles but instead my man who is the person that even paid for the party was treated like a ********.
