Appalling Service Delivery from Top End Auto (Reza Miller)

Sold my brother a defective vehicle. We noted a "Check Engine" fault on my brother's e93 335i convertible within 10 minutes (and about 5km) of picking up the vehicle. We called the owner, Reza Miller, immediately to report this, at which point he told us to return the vehicle to be checked and repaired. It has now been 5 months, and my brother has had use of his 335i on 3 occasions. The rest of this time it has been either at the mechanic, or standing at Top End Auto. My brother continues to pay installments on a vehicle he cannot use, and no longer wishes to keep. Would NOT recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealer.
