Over promised, under delivered and unprofessional

The Property Practitioner that was assisting me over promised and under delivered. I literally had to fight for the tasks that were said to be done before I move in. When she no longer felt like dealing with me, she got her husband to take over which was extremely unprofessional. There was no communication from her. The last job that I fought for to be done, was absolutely nonsense. The material used, the workmanship was disgusting. I had never experienced anything like that. I had to ask them if they would accept such work in their home. Once they get your money, they show you their true colours.
