Worst service ever with Top tool Shop (Gale)

I bought a dewalt cordless circular saw batteries that were supp**** were wrong had an arrangement with the lady to change them but I was asked to add more money which I refused because from the very beginning they quoted me those batteries and only when it was delivered to me and after they did not fit on the machine I was told that the correct batteries are 4k more expensive then the one they supp****, after that I was left like that until I decided to send everything back which I did then I was promised a refund within a day but after three days I had to call and I was told refunds are only done on Tuesday then I waited after two days I called again that time I was told refunds are done only on Wednesday and Friday and the lady by the name of Gale promised me that I'll receive my money before end of business day because I'm same bank as them but the day ended with no notification on my bank and no refund on my account now I don't know what to do or say to them because I need this money because my work has been put on hold because of the time lost while buying the tool with incorrect batteries I have received worst customer service in this company.
