Top dog, and his name is Rudy

I would give 6 stars if I could.

I ordered a DeWalt DWE7492 saw from them and when it arrived it was damaged. Not their fault. Is a courier issue.

At first I was a bit frustrated and even wrote a crazy review on here :)

Rudy phoned me and we sorted out everything. Thanks guys for coming back to me and dealing with the issues.

I can really say that Rudy calmly explained everything to me and was superb in this way. They have shown that they are a reliable company that care for their customers.

Rudy is now helping me make a plan to get the replacement saw ASAP.

I can really say that just that 1 phone call from Rudy changed everything. Just talk to Rudy :) Thanks Rudy for turning this frown upside down :)

To Rudy's boss: What an amazing guy you have working for you. He needs a raise ;)
