Service that goes above and beyond AMAZING!!!!

I ordered a Bosch cordless drill for my partner for Christmas in November. Upon opening the gift on Christmas morning, we noted that the drill was not in its plastic and a photocopied Makro slip was in the case noting some sort of defect with the chuck. I sent an unimpressed email at 06h37 on Christmas morning and received a very prompt response back from Dean at 07h59, confirming that they only sell brand new products, NEVER 'grey' products and this must be an error on Bosch's side. Dean was very apologetic and did not want the 'Grinch' to ***** our Christmas and was coming through to our house on Christmas morning, to replace the drill with an upgrade as the particular model was sold out. The man also has a family and a Christmas lunch planned! I asked Dean to please make it later in the week as we had to travel to fetch a family member for the day. Dean arrived on Monday morning the 27th (a public holiday) with not only an upgrade, but a MAJOR upgrade.

This was not a Top Dog Tool Shop error, but they made it right - shame on you Bosch!
