TOP DISH INSTALLERS - *****S

hi, on 6 april 2018 , i phoned Ben (Blessing) by top dish installers, to come and reset the direction of my dish. they arrived and started to set the dish, their satellite finding machine's battery went dead. they fetched another machine and would you believe some time later, it's battery also died. they charged the battery via my power outlet. after all this debacle, the dish was set. i was enquiring about why the signals were so low. blessing told me that my LNB was old. he then , apon hearing that i would purchase a replacement by dstv myself, kept on saying i must buy it through him instead. i was charged R799. for a NEW LMB. (unknown to me , i could purchase the same LMB by GAME, for R427. ) i should have checked prices via the internet, first. the biggest problem is that . i was ****MED by Blessing (Ben) of TOP DISH INSTALLERS, who promptly had his technician install A SECOND HAND LMB , the percentage of the signal was lower than before, i paid and they left. i decided to go and see the LMB they installed....to my utter disbelief and horror, the LMB was used and had a yellow BURN MARK across the surface of the LMB.

i immediately phoned blessing (ben), complaining about the installation of the 2nd hand LMB, and being charged nearly double. since 6 april 2018 till now , i have phoned ********** 268 (blessing-ben) and have been promised every time that they will give me a partial refund and replace the LMB, with a NEW one. they send me a message , asking me to contact these two numbers. ********** 576 and ********** 307 to make arrangements to install the new lmb. i have contacted BOTH numbers and they promised to come the same day, but no-one ever comes. watch out for these *****s. i will have to lay a charge of ***** at the police station, i think, because they installed a 2nd hand lmb, charging me nearly double for a NEW one.
