I had reserved a villa at San Lameer and received a message on WhatsApp from Top Destinations the day prior to my stay, informing me that the area had no water. Although they were aware of this fact beforehand, they chose not to disclose it to me. Given the circumstances, I made a last-minute decision to cancel my reservation as I could not bring my children to a place without water.

To my dismay, Top Destinations refused to reimburse me for the full breakage fee of R1000 that I had paid, and instead only refunded me R450. In my opinion, this company's behavior is highly *********, and I strongly advise anyone considering booking a stay at San Lameer to avoid using their services. Despite not even having stayed at the villa, we were essentially ****** by Top Destinations. It would be best to steer clear of this company
