Top destinations very bad

Terrible service ripping people off in order to keep a booking. I booked a villa at San lameer and the day of my arrival in fact 1 hour before they sent me a message to say that the resort had no water and we had to bath in the country club which you have to drive to because it's not close at all...they advised me that the minute they knew about the water they had informed all guests however the staff at San lameer advised that they had no water 3 to 4 days prior to us arriving. Ended up loosing alot of money because we left the resort the next day as it was very inconvenient to be on a holiday and have to work harder than u work in ur own home.
