Disappointed and frustrated

<p>I sent them my details on the 24 April with my payment and a month later I haven't received or heard anything. They have terrible customer service, they don't respond to emails or phone calls. When they DO respond they're not apologetic or helpful. They're nonchalant and couldn't care less. I was corresponding with a lady named Ferny Oliphant who only sent me an email after receiving payment and hasn't bothered to contact me since. I regret using this company. I don't recommend them at all. Rather go directly through CIPC. </p>
