Bad service

<p>I had a bad experience with Top Coat nails and beauty Centurion. The lady that did my nails couldnt speak to me. It was awkward that i couldnt wait to leave. I booked my boss an appointment hoping she will have a better experience. Only for her not be helped on her scheduled time. They told her she would get a call for another day and never did. I went onto their facebook page and rated them and explained. The owner of the company sent me a personal message giving me grief about my complaint. And now i have been blocked from their site. I am shocked to how this woman handles critisim. Not all companies are gold. She should learn from the critism. I was now told that she is the reason why soo many women refuse to go to her salon. I couldnt get hold of her as she blocked me, so now im on hello peter. After two weeks my nails look horrible. </p>
