Shocking customer care

I would give then no stars if that was possible, Kito chose my carpet from a picture which he asked me to send, I trusted his professional opinion, once the carpet arrived it was so wrong, he will now not take responsibility as the manufacturer will not take it back, not my problem he chose it, he will not give me my money back, I have sent him many messages to which he doesn't answer, I have been into the store 3 times, his assistant tells me to meet him but then when I ask a time or suggest a time, no reply. So now I have resorted to this, very sad, very poor customer care. Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else!
