Worst panelbeater

My car was in an accident on the 19th Nov 2021. It got towed to Top Car Vryburg, since I live here. On Monday 22 Nov I got a call from Top car Kuruman saying my car has just been towed there, I wasn’t even informed about that. Okay fast forward to Dec my car is still there, insurance has authorised everything and they are just waiting for parts. They closed for the Christmas holidays with my car still there and opened on the 10th Jan 2022 and were Still waiting for part. Almost two months later. And all the time I’m the one who always had to follow up. On the 17th Jan, I called and they said my car was done and in line for inspection. On the 20th I called to find out when I’m receiving the car then they tell me that they’ve sent the rim to Bloemfontein to be fixed. This company is really unprofessional. The receptionist is also rude and impatient. I definitely would not recommend.
