Ordered online, got a email confirming purchase and delivery date. There was a tiny blip on the stock amount. So Matt phoned me immediately to inform me of the problem and ways to resolve it. Matt was very professional and apologized profusely for the blip.

Matt kept in constant contact with me, as I opted to hold out a wee bit before getting a refund - Which Matt had immediately offered at the beginning of this blip.

Next thing I know ( I think I blinked) my order was being shipped off. Got it the next working day! Fantastic!

This business IS LEGIT! I'm so surprised that there are not many reviews. - There should be! I am definitely going to be ordering again from TBO. I cannot recommend this company enough!
