Reporting this agency! The Service is absolutely shocking! There is no communication, they are not professional to me AND to the client. I was interview by three families, I had to travel on my own cost to the areas of where the families stayed and did not hear from thr agency or anyone about the position, on this, the agency (with one of the interviews) they did not communicate with the client to confirm about the face to face interview, 2 hours of waiting at the interview for client. I had to message, phone them EVERYDAY to each lady (who helps finds the jobs) to find out the update on my families who said yes to me au pairing. They are not professional as they do not communication with clients in the right way as they will just copy and paste YOUR message to the client. Do not suuport this company or waste 4 months trying to find a job through them.
