Beware of this agency. Do your due diligence

The agency did not conduct the proper due diligence and we were given an abusive au pair. When we complained, we were told to pay the au pair and allow her to serve notice and that they cannot make assumptions after our child was hit by the au pair. Once Jani has received her placement fee, her job is done and she was very condescending and dismissive to our complaints.
