Bad service from fellow African

In December 2021 I bought a 2006 Renault II Clio from Andries Semela of Top 4 Motors at a cost of R60 000 cash, the car was supposed to be delivered to me in a day's time. It took him two weeks to deliver it and it was not roadworthy. These are problems that the car came with: 1. Speedometer was not working, 2.Boot was not opening, 3. It had a problem with Water Temperature Sensor Circuit, 4. Throttle potentiometer circuit track (incoherence between throttle track 1 and track 2), 5. Throttle potentiometer circuit track 1(component in poor condition), and finally 6. The car was raining inside you have to keep it under shelter.

I reported to him and his employee about these problems, his response was I must get someone in Qwaqwa to fix it and send him receipts in Bethlehem. In brief I'm still fixing the car and he does not answer my calls anymore. He also remarked last time I spoke to him that I complain because he is fellow black South African.
