Not professional at all

I phoned them asking for acetylene and oxygen bottles. Francois gave me a price and I asked him if it was for new bottles. He confirmed with me yes for new bottles but they are empty and that if I wanted them filled it was an extra amount. I then send my driver to fetch it and when arriving at there premises Francois was not there and Collin advised my driver that they do not sell the bottles they only refill them. I phoned later and got hold of Francois where I again asked him if he had bottles for me and again confirmed that he has the two bottles with him for me. I send my driver again and again Francois was no where to be found. Collin then said sorry that they only refill the bottles and then changed his story and said that they will give me bottles refilled if I hand in old bottles. I explained to Collin that I confirmed with Francois and that he was keeping the two bottles for me, but he was not interested in assisting me at all. Only put the phone down on me, and when trying to call back did not answer and had to phone 3 times before receiving any answer. Worse customer service than that you cannot ask for.
