Unproffesional rude customer care

Received a phone call from a rude women at Toolnet. Only to be told my goods sent for repairs will be sold if not collected. I asked why did they not tell me that it was ready? She said they did phone me twice. I disagreed and said the first time the phoned was for a fix quote for my drill. I requested them to proceed. The second call was to say my grinder was irrepairable. Obviously i will collect both itens at the same time. The rude response from tjis person uncalled for. Especially when you have spent thousands of Rands there before. Good bussiness means nothing to this person who places her company in a bad view of the public. I will most certainly not make use of them in future.
