I am writing to express my deep concern regarding the unacceptable treatment my baby girl received at your hospital. On [18/09/2025], my baby dislocated her arm at approximately 23:45. We arrived at the hospital by 00:45, but despite the urgency of the situation, she was not attended to until around 03:10. During this period, when we enquired about the delay, we were told that our situation was “not important.” I find this response both unprofessional and deeply distressing. A child in pain should never have to wait for hours without medical attention. Such delays and dismissive communication put unnecessary stress on patients and their families and raise serious concerns about the standard of care. I kindly request that this matter be investigated, and I would appreciate a written explanation as to why my baby was made to wait so long for treatment.
