Liquor store owner oversleaps

On 22 May I went to Tonies liquor store on sunbeam str next to the 7/11 at 8:50 am . I expected them to open at 9 am . I waited until 9:10 at which time the staff who also had been waiting in front of locked door told me the owner would be late as he had overslept. I asked them how long and they told me 10 min. I waited 15 minutes and the owner Tony came gallivanting along . No sorry or apologies just dropped off the keys to his staff and troll-oped along. Tonie I waited 30 minutes for you and still purchased at your store . The least you can do is apologize for being late. You have no respect for your staff or your customers and therefore do not deserve your little business to . prosper, I am not buying from you again and will tell all your shoddy treatment of customers.
