Tony Sandall Roof Windows (tsrw) leak air

We recently built a new home and installed 9 of these roof windows. They leak air as soon as the wind blows and you can feel a draft through the sides of the frames from meters away. In one of the rooms the wind through the frames moves the door on the other side of a passage. Very unpleasant. They have been out a number of times but say can't do more and there is no problem. Most unsatisfactory and should never have used them. They don't work at all in windy areas. Have started legal process.
