RE: Not professional and unreliable. His is not recommendable

I am extremely disappointed with the service rendered by Tony Pool & Jacuzzi Specialist, especially from Tony.

He had initially come to my property to fix all the piping on my Jacuzzi, I had given him permission to proceed in my absence and left the jacuzzi on for them to work, initially there were leaks in the pipes and the pump which he assured me he had fixed and afterwards I had noticed that they did not place the outlay tap on the jacuzzi to drain the water after they had completed the job. I had brought it to his attention, he had asked me to indicate where the leaks were, so I sent him a video and pictures showing proof of the leakage in the pipes and pump. I had not made any payments to him as he had not provided the correct services stated by his business and which I required of him and had left my jacuzzi in a non-working condition. He had come back to site, and I assumed that he would be fixing the leaks instead he had removed all the fittings and informed me that he is going to buy more spares, a while later while still waiting for him, he had sent me a message stating that he had taken all the parts off and would not work for free. I did state to him that I can’t pay for a job not rendered that we agreed upon and furthermore had done more damage. There were still leakages in the pipes which he worked on and the pump was not fixed which he had clearly stated that they were in working order and could be used. This is not professional and unreliable. His is not recommendable. Regard Mike
