Bad experience

I recently booked a service provider for my wedding and trial. Paid a deposit for the wedding and paod in full for the trial. I set the trial on the day of my bridal shower. Was informed the date and time was booked for the trial after i paid the full amount. Less than 36hours to go and he msgs and saya he cant make it. I told him thats not right and i booked for a date and time. He said its final i must reschedule like hr was doing me a favour ....after many attempts to call and msg eith no actual communication after je did not pitch up for my trial. I said i will lay a charge of ***** and then only he rep**** says his not returning my money and blocks me. I mean a trial is not just for make up its to see the type of person you are hiring. If he couldn't keep one appointment whose to say he wont do the same on my wedding day.
